Our policy lasts 7 days from the delivery of the product. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The product must have a significant difference between description on this website/web store and the actual product. Please note that we don’t accept returns unless their is some fault from our side.

We do not accept Gifts returns unless their is a damage of the product from our side, subject to the above conditions.
To return your product, after approval in most locations our shipping partner will pick it up, at new locations you may need to send the product at: Gau Natural, Y-8A Basement, Hauz Khas, New Delhi 110016 India.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
