Pure ghee obtained from Ahimsak milk of Desi breed cows. Curd of this milk is churned to obtain butter, which is then cooked in the traditional way to make ghee. About 27 litres of milk is used for obtaining 1 kg ghee. This fragrant ghee has been known as a health food since time immemorial and gets easily absorbed from the intestines. This ghee is meant to be poured over cooked foods, like dal daliya, khichdi or for applying on chapattis.
